Client Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our Policy, business conduct and Code of Ethics.


"At North America Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "North America", “we”, or “us”) we've made an unparalleled commitment to guarding your Privacy and Confidentiality.

As a member of the Consortium and part of our Industrial Incubator Program, North America is committed to the most scrupulous observance of your privacy and the strictest confidentiality regarding your identity and personal information, as well as your Company's financial status, copyrighted and patented material, proprietary technical information, customer information, sales figures, market shares and marketing and any other information you have entrusted to North America.

The information we collect during our business relationship will never be shared with any second or third party under any circumstances, for any reason, unless mandated by law.

No third parties will ever have access to your information without your specific and written consent.

Confidential information includes all non-public information that might be of use to competitors or harmful to the Company or its customers if disclosed. It also includes information that suppliers and customers have entrusted to the Company.

With regards to our employees, the obligation to preserve confidential information continues even after employment ends.

As a direct consequence we also require that all our members, Clients and suppliers adhere to an equally strict Confidentiality Standard and Code of Ethics with regard to business integrity and ethics, labor and social standards, environment and general principles of business.

North America requires that all Members of the Consortium, all Clients, all Principals, all Suppliers, their subcontractors and all of Suppliers' or subcontractors' employees involved in the supplying of goods to North America must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements and shall compete fairly in the market place.

Privacy and Confidentiality is a two-way relationship and a key element when working with North America. In order to ensure that North America's privacy rights and interests are protected, Clients and Suppliers shall safeguard and not disclose private or confidential information without being authorized to do so and make only proper and authorized use of such information. Clients and Suppliers are required to report immediately to their North America contact, any actual or suspected disclosure or loss of any private or confidential information relating to North America, its Clients, its personnel, or other suppliers.”

We recognize that you entrust important personal information to us, and we wish to assure you that we take seriously our responsibilities in protecting and safeguarding this information. We may collect information about you when you use this Site or when you apply for or use other services offered by North America in the following ways: We may also collect personal information about you as a result of us recording certain telephone calls which our employees may have with you, and storing those recordings, in order to satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations or for North America Business purposes.
